Azimut Yachts is an Italian yacht manufacturing company that was established in 1969 by Paolo Vitelli. The ship building facilities at Azimut headquarters incorporate in Italy is a 100,000 m2 facility that houses offices and the construction area. at this facility Azimut can build up to 300 boats up to 21 meters in size every year. Larger yachts are constructed at other facilities.
Azimut boat range includes around 25 models ranging from 34′ to 120′ in length with different styles that will suit everyone. Azimut S Collection of Sports Cruisers, Azimut Flybridge Collection, the Magellano collection of semi-displacement boats and the Azimut Grande range of Motoryachts.

In 1985 Azimut acquired Benetti. Azimut Benetti S.p.A. designs and manufactures yachts. It offers super, flybridge, and long range yachts, as well as megayachts and sailing boats.
