Aqua Mekong is unique yacht that is used as a floating 5-star hotel on the Mekong River in Vietnam. The yacht was designed by Noor Design and the result is an exceptional yacht with an elegant interior. The yacht sails the Mekong at a cruising speed of 8 knots but is capable of a maximum speed of 12 knots.
All 20 suites are air conditioned and 8 of them have balconies. They are arranged in two decks. The top level Observation Deck aboard the yacht aims to connect the guests with nature and with the landscape of the surrounding Vietnamese villages. Aqua Mekong has an indoor lounge, an outdoor lounge, a library and games room and a private screening room with Eames lounge chairs. The yacht has a spa and an outdoor pool.
Emphasis is placed on the culinary aspect onboard Aqua Mekong, which is experienced in the elegant dining room. The menu was developed by Michelin Star Chef, David Thompson, who accompanies the onboard kitchen staff.
