The new Swan 60 FD is an updated version of the discontinued Swan 60. The model places much emphasis on performance and the vessels that are already sailing the world oceans are a testament to the success of the model. In addition to performance, the 60 FD is characterized by comfort and the uncompromising Nautor Swan style. This is a production yacht but the new owner still has some input with respect to both performance and of course the interior. The performance related decision involves the length of the keel. The T shaped blade keel can result in a draft of either 2.9 or 3.6 meters. The owner can decide on where to locate his master stateroom, which also affects the location of the two additional cabins. The yacht is equipped with a 110 Hp. Volvo Penta diesel, and includes the necessary amenities to comfortably stay on board this luxurious floating home, for extended periods. These include a fully equipped galley, hot water throughout and air conditioning.
